Hi all. If you’re one of the (approximately nine) people who read this blog, sorry for the absence. Been a little busy for the last few weeks.

One of the things I’ve been busy with is playing around with is MongoDB which I think is really cool. I don’t have time to write up anything about how to use it just yet, but a quick Google will get you some tutorials. I’ve made easy to install RPM packages for the database server, devel files, cli tools, and the PHP PECL extension and added them to my repository These packages will work on CentOS 5 systems on x86. Enjoy.

    Would you mind sharing the SRPMS for these packages? I need the ones for x86-64 and I am ready to help building those..

    I’ll try and start adding 64bit packages soon.
